Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Avarise offers free access with basic features, as well as paid Rise and Rise+ plans with extended capabilities. Plan details and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase.
2. Payment Methods
Payment is processed through one of the following providers depending on your platform and region:
- Paddle — international card payments (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases on iOS and Android
- Telegram Stars — in-app currency within the Telegram platform
- Regional payment providers — local payment methods available in select regions
3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the paid period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the App or through your payment provider's settings. After cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 48 hours of purchase — full refund, no questions asked. Contact @avarisesupport.
- After 48 hours — refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or account credit depending on usage.
- Telegram Stars — refunds are processed in accordance with Telegram's refund policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — refunds are handled by the respective store's refund process.
- Paddle or other providers — contact @avarisesupport for refund requests.
5. Price Changes
Subscription prices may be changed with prior notice. Changes do not affect the current paid period.
